About these coloring pages

Color, read and talk together

Follow Naaman's journey from the young girl's message to his washing in the Jordan and his grateful return to Elisha. These 7 child-friendly coloring pages use friendly cartoon artwork, clear outlines and open spaces for crayons. Choose a picture for a short activity at home, or print the collection for a Sunday school group.

Start by reading 2 Kings 5:1-19 together. The references beside each design link to Bible Gateway so an adult can check the wording and context before discussing the picture.

Keep the Bible and the illustrations distinct

The girl in this account was taken captive from Israel; she is not described as choosing to move or work there. Elisha sends a messenger with the instruction to wash seven times. God heals Naaman; river water is not presented as a cure for illness. The scene labels distinguish seven washes without inventing seven separate events. Clothing, facial features and background details are artistic interpretations. The images are original AI-assisted illustrations reviewed for this collection.

A simple activity for parents and teachers

Count to seven with children, sequence the pictures and discuss listening to good advice. Speak respectfully about people living with illness. Let children choose their colors and talk at their own pace. A question such as “What do you notice?” can be more useful than asking them to guess a particular answer. Older children can find the passage in a Bible while younger children listen to an adult read.

Download and print

Each design has a separate one-page A4 PDF. The complete PDF contains the same 7 pictures in the order above, without extra cover pages. The ZIP includes the individual files and the complete PDF; it does not add more designs.

  1. Download the PDF you want to print.
  2. Choose A4 portrait, or use Fit to page for US Letter.
  3. Check the print preview and print in black and white at normal or high quality.

The WebP images are screen previews. Use the PDF files for printing. You may print copies for your own home, classroom or church group. When sharing the resource, share the article link rather than redistributing the files, and do not resell the designs.
